Rinse with Saltwater
This is one of the most common methods for treating sinusitis.
Rinsing with salt water helps to eliminate the stubborn phlegm that disturbs your rest.
Rinsing mouthwash once or twice a day retains moisture in the nasal membrane and at the same time cleanses the nasal passages of dirt, phlegm, and allergens.
Aromatherapy
This is a variation on the hot steam inhalation method.
You can add a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil to the hot water for example.
The main ingredient in eucalyptus oil, cineole, opens the airways and relieves inflammation.
What to Drink?
It is very important to drink a lot. Drink between 2-3 liters a day.
Water with chlorophyll or lemon to cleanse the body and digestive system and strengthen the immune system
Vegetable juices - Juice to strengthen the immune system: parsley, garlic, 5 carrots and 2 celery stalks
Rich vegetable soup
