Food to Avoid

Fats and oils slow down the activity of the digestive system.
Beware of fried foods or foods rich in saturated fat.
Caffeine and alcohol cause dehydration and aggravate the condition of hemorrhoids.
Avoid sugary foods and spicy foods. These foods tend to aggravate the condition of hemorrhoids.
Some hemorrhoid problems are caused due to food allergies.
Review about food allergies and sensitivities and adopt the elimination diet described in it.
This way you can find out if you need to exclude certain foods from your diet.
The foods that cause the most common hemorrhoids are cow's milk, wheat, citrus fruits, tomatoes, and peanuts.

Ice

Ice is one of the best ways to use hemorrhoids because it narrows the blood vessels, reduces swelling, and provides immediate relief from the pain. Wrap some semi-leading ice cubes in a piece of cloth. Put it on the affected area for 10 minutes. Repeat the process several times a day.

Starting the Day With Lemon and Olive Oil

It is recommended to drink every morning on an empty stomach -
a teaspoon of olive oil mixed with a teaspoon of squeezed lemon (fresh).
This way relieves constipation and prevents difficult ejaculations (which can cause hemorrhoids).

Garlic and Onion Ointment

You can make an ointment consisting of onion and garlic cloves and place it on hemorrhoid with a cotton ball.
The active ingredients in garlic and onions will reduce inflammation.
