High blood cholesterol levels should be a warning light even in people who are not overweight, heart disease, and in young people.
High levels of cholesterol in the blood can eventually lead to the slow but continuous development of chronic, dangerous, and sometimes even fatal diseases.
Herbs and nutrition have been known for many years to contribute to cholesterol balance, long before they entered the conventional prescription drug market.

Green Tea Infusion

Drinking 2-3 cups of green tea infusion a day is one of the simplest ways to reduce cholesterol levels in general and LDL in particular.
There are a number of green tea compounds that prevent the absorption of cholesterol in the digestive tract and also help in removing them from the body.
In addition, this healthy and tasty drink prevents the accumulation of plaque in the arteries and reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Garlic

Garlic is another food that helps to lower high cholesterol.
In addition, it prevents blood clots, lowers blood pressure, and protects your body from heart disease.
Eat 2-3 cloves of uncooked garlic a day, when the stomach is empty.
You can add the raw garlic to the salad or add it to any type of stew you make.

Fibers

Consumption of dietary fiber, and especially soluble dietary fiber (found in beans, oats, buckwheat,  barley, and various fruits and vegetables, for example), helps reduce the absorption of cholesterol in the intestine and lower the level of cholesterol in the blood.

Turmeric

Turmeric root has been extensively researched and found to contribute to increased production and secretion of bile in the liver, protection and regeneration of damaged liver tissue, with antioxidant properties that help lower high levels of lipids in the blood and prevent atherosclerotic plaque.

It also helps lower LDL levels and raises HDL levels.
Turmeric is also common in Chinese medicine and originates in general from Indian medicine. Curcumin is the active ingredient within the curcumin root and is one of the most researched substances today.

Basic Rules

Keep your diet low in processed saturated fat.

Avoid fried and greasy foods, overeating carbohydrates, and processed sugars.

Avoid foods that raise cholesterol levels such as red meat, dairy products, eggs, and processed foods.

Exercise - Every day aerobic exercise has a positive effect on the body's cholesterol balance, blood pressure, and sugar levels.

Weight reduction - Obesity raises the "bad" cholesterol levels and reduces the "good" cholesterol values.
If you are overweight,  losing weight will help you increase this value, especially if you have abdominal obesity.

Quit smoking - Quitting smoking contributes to raising "good" cholesterol.

Recommended Nutrition for Kidney and Bladder Stones

Reducing Salt/Sodium Intake The human body carefully regulates sodium levels. When excess sodium is excreted in the urine, calcium is also excreted proportionally. In other words, the more sodium is consumed and excreted, the more calcium will be lost in the urine. Excess calcium in the urine can lead to the re-formation of stones: an increase in salt in the diet causes an increase in salt in the urine and an excess secretion of calcium and thereby increases the risk of calcium stones. Patients must reduce dietary salt levels, including fast foods, packaged or canned foods, and salty snacks. Paying attention to food packaging labels can be important. Eating in restaurants scares control over sodium intake. The goal is to consume less than two grams of sodium per day. A clinical dietitian can be used to achieve this goal. Citrus Fruits Citrus fruits that contain citrate will reduce the risk of stones, this is true of orange and lemon juice, but in contrast, grapefruit juice increased
