Recommended Nutrition


Flax seeds and walnuts that work against inflammation.
 

Cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli and cauliflower, have anti-inflammatory properties.
 

Fresh pineapple juice containing bromelain, an enzyme that has been shown to reduce the intensity of inflammation.
 

Drink plenty of water, which cleanses the body of waste and toxins and prevents dehydration.
 

Diuretic foods such as parsley and celery, detoxify the body.
 

Fresh vegetables and whole grains, which contain dietary fiber that help remove waste that has accumulated in the intestines.
 

Sulfur-rich foods such as asparagus, cabbage, garlic, onions, and blueberries,

Essential oils 

Cypress

Juniper

Ginger
Ginger treats moisture in the body and is, therefore, excellent for arthritis.
Antiseptic, warms, stimulates circulation, strengthens the immune system, stimulates and balances activity.
In terms of the circulatory system, it improves blood and lymph circulation.
Its salient properties, excellent for rehabilitation treatments after fractures, fractures, colds and cold arthritis.

Benzoin
Excellent for muscle contraction, joint pain, leg pain, rheumatic pain, therefore very effective in treating arthritis.

Lemon
